Capitol Ballet Company brings the beauty and artistry
of ballet to a diverse audience of art lovers. The strength
and vitality of our pre-professional dancers generates
excitement and appreciation for the arts at our venues
throughout the Central Valley Region of California.
Capitol Ballet Company is a non-profit, pre-professional
ballet company directed by Stuart Carroll and Sharon Newton.
The training received by the dancers is exceptional, thanks
to the experience and dedication of our talented artistic
directors. Dancers in the company range in age from 10
- young adult. Capitol Ballet Company aspires to produce
quality ballet performances and to instill an appreciation
of dance and the arts throughout the Greater Sacramento
region. We seek to perpetually empower and motivate dancers
through the discipline and study of dance, while enriching
the experience of the audiences who attend our performances.
